The X-37B, named Orbital Test Vehicle 1 (OTV-1), is the U.S. Air Force's first unmanned re-entry spacecraft. Its maiden voyage lasted more than 220 days, and it landed on Dec 3 2010.

This seems like the cats meow when it comes to reusable space vehicles and resembles a miniature space shuttle.
